Peer to Peer Evaluation.
Here’s a handy little worksheet for you to try out. Organisations often use this flexible framework for stimulating peer-to-peer discussions following a training session. It’s not designed to be used as an evaluation tool - but instead as an informal prompt sheet to generate constructive discussions between two or more colleagues. The structure is based on the old PASSION group training model which covers many of the essential elements of an effective face to face learning programme.
Feel free to download this resource and use it as you see fit. The PASSION acronym can also be used to support new trainers on a Train the Trainer programme. Let us know how you get on with it.
