Our full range of experiential exercises can be used to support:

  • Teamworking (select from 18 different activities)
  • Problem Solving (select from 6 different activities)
  • Communication (select from 7 different activities)
  • Leadership (select from 9 different activities)
  • Business Priorities (select from 7 different activities)

Select specific exercises based on the key skills required to drive the behavioural change you want to influence. Imagine for example if you were able to replicate the high-pressured environment of a production line to help your operatives develop collaborative team-working skills and process improvements while giving emerging leaders a chance to step back from the front-line and hone their supervisory and management skills. Endor’s experiential learning resources can help you do that, with hands-on activities that replicate the physical processes of manufacturing industries. Using our versatile activities, participants gain specific skills to work on problem-solving, team-building and process improvements using LEAN principles.
