We will always do our utmost to ensure any information we hold about our Clients is accurate and up-to-date, and is not kept for longer than is necessary. We are required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be held in addition to these periods depending on the individual business needs.

Revelation sample requests – Information collected is used to provide site visitors with a sample paragraph taken from a full Revelation report. Data received from visitors to the site is used solely to respond to an expressed interest in this development tool. Personal information, and expressed preferences are not retained unless someone explicitly provides their consent to receive a more detailed full report.

Evaluation Forms – Results from workshop evaluation forms are anonymised and aggregated to help improve the services we offer and to provide Clients with summary of Level 1 reactions to any programme delivered. Evaluation forms also provide two explicit consent ‘opt-in’ options to enable further contact with individual delegates. Delegates can elect to receive more information / resources about the programme they have been on and /or received more information about other related development programmes. Endor will act on these expressed wishes and send any requested information until this consent is withdrawn.
